Due dates of filing GSTR 9 (Annual Return) and GSTR 9C (Reconciliation Statement) have been extended from 30-11-2019 to 31-12-2019 for Year 2017-2018. Return Filing Dates for year 2018-2019 have also been extended to 31-03-2020.
CBIC also decided to simplify the said forms for quick and timely filing of the returns by the taxpayers.
