D.L. and Associates, Tax Consultants was established in June, 2016 having its only office in Delhi. It is run by a young, experienced and highly skilled Tax Professional AVINASH SINGHAL and is currently serving more than 250 happy clients. It also aims at reaching 500+ clients by 2020.
It provides with a wide array of Accounting, Taxation, Assurance, Book Keeping and Business advisory services to various clients and their stakeholders.
The main focus at D.L. & Associates is providing tailor made solutions to challenging problems of their clients, and to perform with high quality and give timely service, under one roof.

Avinash Singhal
Avinash Singhal is a reputed Tax Consultant and a competent Professional. He completed his graduation from Delhi University and holds a Masters in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University. He is an Authorised Income Tax Practitioner (AITP) from The Income Tax Department, Delhi and a Recognised Accounting Technician (A. Tech) from ICAI, Delhi. He also possess a GST Certification (GST Practitioner) from the Government of India.
He has an experience of presenting cases / assessment proceedings before the Appropriate Tax Authority/Officers.
He is a reputed general member of Esteemed Professional Associations of Delhi which includes The Income Tax Bar Association and The Sales Tax Bar Association. He is also a lifetime member of Delhi Management Association and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, Mumbai.
He is also the Co-Founder & Treasurer of the NGO – Pooja Of Humanity (Regd.) and has also been serving Students Welfare Association, Delhi for last 8 years as the Chief Editor & Zonal Head (East). This is how, along with a responsible Professional, he is also a socially active person.
